Before You Book...
What do you require as a retainer & do you offer payment plans?
I require a 30% non-refundable retainer to reserve your wedding date. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. If you need a more specific accommodation, I am happy to discuss payment plan options.
How far in advance should we book wedding photography?
Most couples book 12-18 months in advance. Dates are limited each year, so it’s never too soon to lock in your date.
When will we receive our images?
Your fully edited gallery will vibe delivered within 75 business days. To give you a glimpse into your day while the full gallery is being carefully crafted, you'll receive a selection of preview images within two weeks. If you're eager to relive your wedding day sooner, expedited gallery delivery is also available as an optional enhancement.
How many images do you deliver?
Every wedding is different, but you can typically expect 35-50 edited images per hour of coverage. I don't limit the number of images I deliver–you'll receive every photograph that meets my standards and helps tell the complete story of your wedding day.
Can you edit our photos like another photographer?
No. Recreating another photographer's editing style is not a service I offer. My editing is an intentional part of my artistic process, and every gallery is delivered in the signature style represented throughout my portfolio. Please book with confidence that you love my work as it is, as requests to edit outside of my signature style will be respectfully declined.
How do you work with timelines and family photos?
I help guide photo timelines in a way that feels natural and realistic, and I request a family photo list ahead of time to keep things efficient. This allows us to capture everything that matters without excessively pulling you away from your day.
What if I have to move or cancel my wedding?
Life is complicated sometimes and the unexpected is to be expected. The retainer is always non-refundable as this helps protect my business due to turning away other bookings for your wedding date.
